Ride Description
I call her... "Dances on Rock".
Being a Cherokee and all, I wanted to give her an Indian name. I brought her home in a
basket. (A BIG ONE). And everyone said... "You'll never get it back together". I'm now laughing in their faces!
Looks ugly now. But with a little paint and a little more lift, she'll be nearly finished.
It's basically a stock 79 except the front grille, which I pulled off a 78
Chief. (I liked the round headlamps better) Its got a 360 cu. engine, Dana 44's front & rear, Rancho suspension, 33" Futura Dakota RVT tires, factory Jeep wheels.
Future plans: Springover on the front, Detroit lockers in the rear, spooled in the front, P/T 4WD, 35" BFG's, steel wheels for rock crawling.
I'll keep you posted on the finished product.
