Ride Description
This
is our first Jeep, its a 1984 CJ7.
We bought it about 5 months ago, for only $1000.
So far its been a pretty good toy.
It has a 258ci engine, not sure what all it has inside but its not the stock
motor. The jeep originally came with a 4 banger! The valve cover has Clifford
6=8 on it.
The transmission is a C5 Borg Warner five speed.
Thats all I know about the drive train of this vehicle, since this is my first
jeep.
It also has a 2in body lift, and I think its has a suspension lift also.
The shocks are Rancho.
The wheels are Enkei 15x10.
The Tires are BF M/T 33x12.5.
It has a full roll cage.
So far we love it, have not done any serious off-roading yet. Although it makes
a good vehicle to go surfing.
