Ride Description
This my 1997 GMC Sierra Z71. I have sunk a lot of money in this truck and don't regret a penny.
The interior upgrades include: Kenwood touch screen TV., CD and VCD
player. With a Blaupunkt DVD player. Three 10 inch Rockford Fosgate Subs 2 under the back seat and one in a custom made console between the front seats with two 6.5 inch and two 5.25 inch Rockford Fosgate Mid range
speakers. A Rockford Fosgate BD1000 pumps 1000 watts to the subs and a Rockford Fosgate Power 600 4 channel runs the
mids. And for communication I have 2 ham radios for emergencies and just talking to my local friends. I have Street Glow strobes mounted under the dash and a custom overhead
console. The flame gauges I installed really grabs attention especially with my flame floor mats and steering wheel
cover. And to protect my investment I have a Viper 500 alarm system with auto locks, dual sirens, dual shock sensors, remote start and alarm
pager.
The exterior upgrades includes a Trailmaster 6 inch lift with BFG 35x12.5x15 AT/KO all terrain radials mounted on AE 589 15x10
wheels. It has a billet grille and clear side corner lights with Altezza clears on the rear
lights. I have ambulance strobes mounted in turn signals and in rear lights these things are extremely
bright. The bed has a sprayed in bedliner and bed rails. The Westin nerf bars are
definitely needed to get in this truck because it is very tall.
The performance options include an Air Raid FIPK kit and the Hypertech Programmer gives it the extra punch to light the 35 inch tires up when
needed. Dual Flowmasters make it sound as mean as it looks..
Well this is my truck I have nicknamed SKYWALKER it is my pride and joy. People kid me and ask what else am I gonna do to
it. I tell them I don't know but I will think of something.
