Description:
I
just finished a 7 month frame off restoration on my CJ7. I sandblasted
frame, and then put a glossy Scorpion liner on it. Then
refurbished and powder coated all attaching brackets, and I mean all.
Then rebuilt the rear differential with lockers and rear disk brakes
with ratcheting calipers for parking brakes. Sandblasted housing and
painted. Then done the same with front differential except it already
had front disk brakes. I also installed a high performance 351
Cleavland with extensive head work (ported polished ports and valve
pockets, stainless steel valves, crane cams matched springs, lifters,
cam,& full roller rockers, and also polished combustion
chambers, etc. I installed C6 Ford transmission with TCI overhaul
kit,TCI 3500 stall converter, B&M deep sump trans. pan
& shift kit. I also installed a B&M hammer ratchet
shifter. It has leather interior with 5-point harnesses. I had the
inside lined with Line X. I replaced every bolt with zinc coated,
hardened, stainless steel, or chrome throughout entire jeep. Then I
overhauled the steering column and it was painted the same color as the
jeep. The jeep was painted a Ford 03 sonic blue paint code au, and
every part was painted piece by piece. Then carefully reassembled. It
has 4" suspension lift with springs, heavy duty greaseable reverse
shackles. It also has a 3" polyurethane body lift, and polyurethane
bushing throughout jeep. It's setting on 33/14.50R15 Super Swamper SSR
radials on 12"x15" aluminum rims.
