Approach Angle

Definition: An indication of the steepest incline angle the a vehicle can approach and drive up without encountering front bumper or undercarriage damage.
Also Known As: Angle of Approach or Attack Angle
Examples: When viewed from the side, this is the angle between the ground and a line running from the front tire to the lowest hanging point directly in front of it, which is usually the front bumper.
