GX 470
The newest sport-ute to hit the streets for Lexus is the GX 470, which falls between the RX 330 and the LX 470 in both features and price.

LX 470
Lexus first came out with an SUV in 1996. It was the LX 450 which was based on the Toyota Land Cruiser. In 1998 the LX 450 was redesigned and renamed the LX 470 luxury SUV.

RX 330
Lexus introduced the RX (the automaker's second SUV) in 1999. The RX 300 was designed to combine the handling and feeling of a luxury sedan with the abilities and ground clearance of an off-road vehicle. The second-generation RX, the 330, was introduced in 2003.
