From March through October each year, Jeep Jamborees are held in various regions throughout North America. You can choose from 33 unforgettable trips in some of the most beautiful areas of the country.
Included in your fee (approximately $250 per Jeep): Experienced guides for the entire trip; all the necessary permits for off-roading; three meals on Friday, three meals on Saturday, continental breakfast on Sunday; Jeep Jamboree T-shirt; and access to some of the finest trails in America -- several of which are only available through this program.
Little Known Facts:
- No partial trips are offered, so even if you cannot attend one or more of the days' events, you must pay the entire fee.
- No spectators are allowed. All participants must be officially registered. So you can bring whomever you want as long as they each have a required seat belt.
You can even bring pets to a Jeep Jamboree event, however you MUST contact the Jeep Jamboree USA office for specific requirements prior to submitting your registration.
Every Jamboree trail is rated from 1 (easiest) to 10 (most difficult). As an example, trails rated 1-3 feature obstacles that are easy to navigate and may not even require continual use of 4WD. On the other hand, trails rated 8-9 feature deep mud holes and serious rock climbing, resulting in a greater likelihood of getting stuck. Trails rated 10 are those that take place on the most demanding off-highway trip in the country the Rubicon Trail - and are not recommended for Jeep Liberty, Cherokee, or Grand Cherokee models. In general, the higher the trail rating, the greater your likelihood of encountering vehicular damage.
You'll find a good mix of first-timers and veterans attending Jeep Jamboree events, so don't think you'll feel out of place if you've never been to a Jeep Jamboree before.
Jamborees are strictly for Jeep vehicles. There are no exceptions. And remember, all vehicles are subject to inspection prior to trail departure.
Jeep Jamborees take place rain or shine, and don't think that a little (or a lot!) of snow would postpone an event either! ...Were talking about Jeep vehicles here!
