Is the Yamaha Rhino ATV Taking a Hit for the Rest of the SxS Manufacturers?

Lawyers are going out of their way to get people to sue Yamaha over safety issues with the Rhino that are, according to the CPSC, usually brought on by operator error or failure to drive it according to Yamaha's recommendations.

I know this is a hot subject and I felt it was worth sharing a few more points of interest regarding the Yamaha Rhino rollover and recall rhetoric. There are those that believe the hype about how terrible Rhinos are, despite the actual circumstances.

Not that Rhinos are immune from any fault, but they're surely not the evil demons some would have you believe, especially if you use just a little common sense and follow the recommendations of the manufacturer.

The fact is, yes, people have been hurt, some seriously, driving or riding in Rhinos. Sadly, some have even died. According to the CPSC most deaths and injuries happened while not wearing restraints and/or helmets. Many were being driven by children. All of which are strongly NOT in line with recommended "operating parameters" by Yamaha.

Does it seem like Yamaha Rhino ATVs are being hunted by Lawyers? Does to me.
